About the Health and Wellness Management Degree Programs
Students can enroll in the bachelor’s or master’s degree program based upon their education and career goals.
Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness Management
In the 21-course, 61-credit, online degree completion program you will learn fundamental health and wellness management skills including health literacy, population health, program planning and evaluation, employee benefit design, organizational change management, and communication strategies. As a graduate of the program, you will be confident in your ability to manage and administer comprehensive well-being programs that foster healthier lifestyles and promote the value of staying well.
Who Should Apply? The bachelor of science is a degree completion program for adult learners who have approximately 60 credits of transferable college credit (min 2.0 GPA) or an associate degree.
Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management
In the 12-course, 36-credit, online master’s program you will expand your knowledge and learn advanced techniques in health and wellness management by acquiring skills in program budgeting, strategic planning, analytical methods to improve program performance, legal and policy issues, and demonstrate an understanding of the relationship between health providers, key stakeholders, and public health systems. As a graduate of the program, you will be qualified for high-level leadership positions in health and wellness management that improve employee well-being, work-life balance, and organizational health.
Who Should Apply? The master of science is appropriate for adult learners who have completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited university (min 3.0 GPA) and wish to advance their career or learn new skills.
