Vital Incite takes that data, and uses the Johns Hopkins ACG® System, to predict an individual’s health over time and gain deeper insight.
This allows us to objectively assess what an employer population needs to be healthier, and what they think they need to create strategies to tap into their intrinsic motivation. Or, we use the data to create steerage toward healthier goals.
Then, Vital incite continuously monitors the impact of all strategies to hold vendors accountable for their services and to ensure these investments are having the intended impact. Monitoring the data objectively, provides direction and oversight much like employers have with their budgets.
